Leah and I have been back from France for over a month already. Hard to believe it's been that long after such a long wait to take the trip.
Still looking for a job but hopeful that I'll have something together before the end of summer crosses fingers.
Movies/TV
We've been watching Wednesday and not really loving it even though we liked the first season. Getting a lot of Harry Potter vibes that I don't think we got as much the first go around.
We watched The Substance that I reviewed here but TL;DR was amazing. For my birthday I made Leah watch 3 Ninjas which I think is fun.
Music
I've been listening to Don't Tap the Glass by Tyler the Creator. Today some Sufjan Stevens popped into my head so I've been relistening to "Come on Feel the Illinoise".
Garden
Tomatoes are to the top of the Florida style trellace so I'm hoping they stop growing taller and start making more fruit. I'm getting three or four good size zucchini every week now. I need more zucchini recipes at this point. Had a cucumber that mostly went into Leah's lunch.
Baking
After returning from France I've been perfecting a baguette recipe. I've also been tweaking a zucchini recipe I have yet to post. Both have been popular amongst testers.
