Week 12

General

Applied to a couple jobs. I realize I stopped logging them in my Obisidan tracker and I need to get back to doing that. It's too easy to feel accomplished doing an Easy Apply or even powering through a brief form. These are less likely to be effective than tweaking my resume for the specific job.
Had an interview that went well and I'm waiting for onboarding information.
Took [Tater] to the vet to get his nails trimmed.
Practiced guitar for at least 30 minutes each day.

Watched the reunion of season sixteen of Project Runway. I wonder if the twins ever stopped lying to themselves about their behavior on the show. This season really lives between the almost baking show levels of friendly competition of the early seasons and the real cattiness that is to come in the seasons without Tim Gunn.
Finally gave the new Iron & Wine album Hen's Teeth a listen. I don't feel strongly enough about it to write a full post but I enjoyed it. I don't think it's as memorable as some of the earlier albums.
Saw the teaser trailer for Dune Part Three. Which I think looks good and I'm excited for the movie. I started rereading Dune again and about a third of the way through if you don't count the appendix.
Watched the Peaky Blinders movie and I was not a fan. It felt to me like this was a season of television that they made into a movie. Things happen without reason or explanation and we spend far to much time static.
