More Site Changes

Expanding on the tag rework I updated the main tags page to present both an alphabetical and post count view. This has exposed some of the strangeness of my tag usage so I will be cleaning that up in the future.

Did some adjustments to the theme switcher so it’s a little more obvious which theme you are on and there is no page flicker when changing pages. This required moving some things into the header and changing around how it gets set.

I finally got around to updating the external url indicator so it has a color that matches the colors of the links. There are some limitations with how you can set this if the SVG a background. It needed to be set using a mask which I didn’t even know existed.

After doing some testing on the site I figured it was time to build out an easier way to navigate blog posts. The typical pagination works well for recent posts but as the history grows on the blog it will be more important to have an easier way to jump further into the past. I would like to make it a little easier to navigate in the future but it is good for now. This is just the next iteration of this page.
