Week 44

• Applied to some jobs.
• Certified unemployment.
• Cooked dinner most days.
• Brushed Kamala. We’ve been cleaning her up after she wore a shirt for two weeks with stitches. Making progress but we’ve got some way to go.
• Completed Weird Web October challenges (31/31)! This was fun and most prompts I had something I enjoyed putting together.
• Started watching the 1st season of Project Runway with Leah. This is so weird compared to the later seasons. I’m probably going to write a longer post about it later.
• Stayed up to date on the Great British Baking Show as well. I strongly disagree with their decision to send Toby home.
• Replaced the flap in the toilet in the basement.
• I took apart the condensate pump on the furnace and removed all of the old tubing. Turns out you’re supposed to put some tablets in the pump reservoir every three months to keep it clean and stop it from getting gross. After about a decade of having that furnace, I discovered that it just stopped being able to push anything through that tube. So I threw that tube away and ran new tubes in order to replace the gross ones. I managed to do that all by my lonesome. And it seems to be working.
• Reworked the tags system on the site to present better.
• Included a section for recent and related posts at the end of each post.
